Bike Returns & Exchanges

✅ Free Return & Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange your bike within 45 days of delivery (unused, in original packaging).
If the bike has been assembled or used, a 15% restocking fee applies.

For France and Germany, free returns/exchanges are available within 30 days under Trusted Shops Buyer Protection.

Please note: Returns due to personal reasons (not product quality or shipping issues) are not free, especially if the bike is unboxed or assembled.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@glercbikes-eu.com before returning.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label by email.

3. Pack the bike securely and send it back using the provided label.

4. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
