How do I return an accessory?

 1. Important Notice  

We do not recommend returning accessories, as small items are more prone to damage or loss during long-distance shipping. Please double-check your order before placing it. 

If you still wish to return an accessory, please note:

  • If the return is due to shipping damage or product defects, we will issue a full refund.

  • If the return is due to subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind), a 50% restocking and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

  1. Initiate the Return
    Please read our return policy carefully and contact us via email to begin the return process. Click here to start your return.
    Do not return items without first contacting us.

  2. Receive Return Label
    Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label by email. Please ensure the item is returned in original condition and packaging.

  3. Refund Timeline
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and notify you via email. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
